My Scraps and More Got Talent!!!

Please join us for 8 fun weeks of challenges and games, looking for the first "My Scraps" talent star! Starting June 3rd, and each Friday thereafter, a challenge will be issued. You will have until the following Thursday at midnight eastern time, to upload your challenge into the appropriate thread on the forum to continue on in the My Scraps talent search. At the end of the eight weeks, A My Scraps and More Talent star will be rewarded with a box of scrap goodies for sharing their talents! Scrappy Fun and a Few Challenges!!

This past Friday I had the rare chance to spend the WHOLE day KID FREE to scrap and chat with the talented Jillian Deiling Cassity ALL DAY!! Like from 9:30 am to 1 am!!! While I was there I actually got a layout done!! I know, I know!! ONE layout you say!! Yes, this is a huge accomplishment for me when I scrap somewhere else than my home. I always end up chatting the time away and never get anything done. The layout that I finished was for a sketch challenge at My Scraps and More!!

This is Natalie at her sewing class and her first sewing project!! It was a little notions bag!! She has so much fun learning how to sew from Ms. Darlina!! Here is another challenge at My Scraps!! A Quote Challenge!!

Summer days!!!

I was waiting on the perfect patterned papers for our summer pics from last year!! So when I saw the Pink Paislee Hometown Collection I was so excited!! To add to my excitement the new sketch over at Creative Scrappers and the quote challenge at My Scraps was the perfect combination for this LO!!! EEK!!

My Scraps and More Sketch Contest!!

I just found that I won the sketch contest over at My Scraps and More!!! Speaking of My Scraps and More!! I just received my Bella Blvd order from them!! I'm in love with the products and the VERY fast service that I received from Tammi the owner!! I was VERY pleased and will be buying more products from them in the VERY near future. What a Surprise!!!

Surprised is what I was when one of my scrappy friend Kim over at My Scraps and More told me that I had won the March sketch challenge over at My Little Shoebox blog!!! I never win anything so when I did I was over the moon!! Here is the layout that I submitted to the challenge on facebook!!

The Big 5 and some Yummy Cake!!

I'm a little behind on getting Avery's birthday pictures scrapped but better late than never right!! Monday's challenge at My Scraps and More was to lift a fellow member's LO!! This week it is scrappin in Ak's lo!!To see it go to My Scraps and more Forum!! Here is my take on the layout!! Avery loved her birthday cake as you can see! LOL!! She requested "black" cake!!! Aka chocolate cake!! lol!! Well, "black" cake she got!! ;)

Just Being ME!

I usually HATE doing LO's about me!! It makes me feel so self centered while I'm creating the layout! lol! But, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make this layout!! There is a Design call over My Scraps and More and I decided to answer it with this layout. It had to me a design about yourself this is what I came up with. There is other guidelines that you can find over at My Scraps and More.

I also used this color scheme because over at The Paper Variety there is another challenge! You had to pull inspiration from this cute pic.

I was inspired by the colors!! Isn't that the cutest pic!!
